My Story

Hey Girl!

I was a stay-at-home mom who needed to get a job but didn’t want a job.

Nope, no more J.O.B.S. for me! Been there, done that, got that crappy, unfulfilling, dead-end t-shirt. I wanted to spend the days raising my kids. Don’t get me wrong, I liked working. I wanted to contribute to my family. I wanted to feel fulfilled beyond motherhood, but not at the expense of it.

I knew how precious this time was with my family. But “precious” didn’t pay the bills. It didn’t allow me to say ‘yes’ to a family trip to Disney. It didn’t stop the worry or the arguments.

So, I went looking for something untraditional. An opportunity that would allow me to make the extra income our family needed working in the nooks and crannies of my day so my kids could still have me be fully present without sacrificing the things that meant the most.

That’s how I discovered network marketing and social selling.

I became my own boss and a female entrepreneur during a time the industry was dominated by a lot of men.

I achieved wealth beyond my hopes and expectations. It was so freeing to be able to buy things for my family and myself without worry or guilt.

Me, my dream home, living unapologetically!

But I saw an even bigger opportunity

But I saw an even

bigger

opportunity

I saw that not only could I change my life, but I could change the lives of thousands of more women by sharing what I learned over the years not by doing more, but by becoming more. So, I co-founded a network marketing company called It Works! with a good friend and we grew that company to heights measured not in just millions, but hundreds of millions.

And you know what? After two decades and not just thousands of women (and men!), but hundreds of thousands of women, I saw the differences between those female entrepreneurs who ‘made it’ and those who didn’t.   I saw the difference between the supposed” Rich” Girls and “Poor” Girls and those differences went far beyond money.

But I’m not here to tell you money isn’t the answer. Because I struggled, and I know the stress money can put on a family. It’s just not the only answer. ‘Rich’ looks different for each and every one of us. Even though our dreams may be different, our why’s might be different, how we all get there is the same.

My mission now is to share everything I’ve learned over the last couple decades with all of you. Because I know for a fact that the secret to living and thinking Rich is not only reserved for a select few, but is possible for EVERYONE. I want you to be able to teach your kids, your daughters, the keys to living and thinking rich too!

Which leads me back to my pants, or lack there of.

Entrepreneurship is too often still seen as a “Risky Business” and many women find themselves discouraged by friends, family, spouses from getting into it. We are told that the safer route is to get the J.O.B. and only certain people with special connections or abilities are likely to be successful at the highest level.

That. Is. a. lie.

Yes, there is risk and you will have to get outside of your comfort zone no matter which path you choose. But the potential for reward is so much greater and can surpass even your wildest dreams. You’ll never know what’s possible if you never try!
